How will my equipment be delivered to me?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will then check stock availability with our suppliers.

  • If the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your payment and submit the order for dispatch.
  • If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email.

All deliveries are handled directly by the manufacturer. Shipping times vary depending on the supplier, product size, and location. Lead times may change without notice, and estimated delivery times are listed on the product page.

  • We deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). For locations outside these areas, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
  • Oversized items require suitable unloading equipment (e.g., forklift, telehandler). If you require a tail lift service, please notify us at checkout.
  • If your delivery location cannot accommodate a 16-tonne vehicle, please inform us before placing your order.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as supplier or courier issues. If you need an estimated lead time before ordering, please contact us.
